Games need to be playable online, this is download only.

The linear gameplay meeting the worst parts of FNAF, Viscera Clean Up, and given an SCP front leaves it very underwhelming. “innovative” isn’t accurate I’m afraid.

Alarming amount of over the top positivity comments. Ignore the smoke and focus on what you can improve instead.

Visually interesting though.

I don't see a rule against it, is it allowed then?
I'm semi working on something, and have another interesting idea pop up.
Honestly will be a miracle if I manage one anyway :,3
Just checking!

I feel like opting to go for a three day jam would be very useful for creators; most ran into time constraints and these are often due to real life commitments rather than anything else. Rather than it moving simply from 48 to 72 hours, it instead allows more flexibility for people with life things and time zones etc.

Just a suggestion, food for thought… probably toast.

No problem at all :3

possibly, can you be more specific? :p

Willing to maybe try my hand at any random requests for needed things. Also any other skill people can check if there’s requests and help others out!

So post here if you require any aspects of your project!

Not at all… I definitely won’t be always watching and waiting and listening… always @_@

But in this case it’s really a feature lol. It’s pseudo turn based.

It's not cooking, it's chemistry.

I'll forgive you.... THIS TIME :p ;3

What format was it in? There's a lot of decent conversion tools. It's often best to work with .ogg for space efficiency I think.

Oh I just remembered what I forgot to mention; for whatever reason your game launched my SteamVR every time it was launched.

Well done for such little time then!

I’m glad you take it on board, I’d rather give feedback than just say good/bad etc lol

Good luck with future endeavours!

It's very nice toast animation, I'll give you that, but is it 64x64 pixels? .-.

I would like to see more adventures from the toast however.

Also using W to jump instead of Spacebar is a sin >:(

*deep breath in* .... Alright.

Are you okay? XD

That was DEFINITELY unexpected, I had no idea what was happening for most of it, but it did make me chuckle, especially the ending music. Very different, ... very VERY different. Very entertaining.

The sprites were p cute, the boss could have used matching the rest of the style a bit more.

The music however was very unpleasant ;(

It was an interesting take, with almost turn based action but in real time.

Not bad, nice work.

A pitching effect with a random modifier to the jump sound would have served you much better than the two random noises alone.

No music leaves the whole thing feeling very barren.

Unfortunately when you know it's one of THOSE kinds of games, it's less unexpected and more expected at that point.

Would also have benefited from more level variance than a single flat design.

Very cute toast though.

The real tragedy here is the enemy being knives and forks... WHO THE HELL EATS TOAST WITH A FORK!? >:(

Good job :3

Man it has been a long long time since I've seen this style of game.

It's a real shame the loop restarts per question, when making the sprint back to where you last clicked the wrong thing it can be very very annoying.

It's nice that you added a skip to pong option in it though, very nice addition.

Also I am unsure why Mudkip is trying to guilt trip me though-out ;-;

Good job on making a short time entry, I almost tried to do the same but ADHD is a helluva drug.

As Snek says; the matching to the theme isn't quite clear.. I suppose a man magically making flying toilet rolls appear is unexpected?

If you complete the game and start again it doesn't go past level 1's ending and just gets continually darker each time you hit him again.

The wall and wood doesn't match the characters or rolls.

Without a cooldown on throwing or any reason for accuracy there's no reason to not just machine gun the rolls, which really trivialises any puzzles, but may be the wacky effect you were going for.

The physics of it all was fairly entertaining.

Not super clear what is happening, less expecting the unexpected, more random stabbing  in the dark. Also the victory screen doesn't actually end the game, you can still do things over and over (like mash E to repeatedly open the door).

Your only addition artistically speaking seems to be the player icon and powerups which are notably visually very different from the used assets, also somewhat unclear as to what the character is, I'm assuming a jester hat?

Reminds me of Cube with the shifting of your surroundings, but with less urgency as nothing is trying to constantly murder you.

But you did do the thing, so nice one :) Also would be cool with more Tarot references ;)

Also uh, you wrote "Round 4" ^_^"

It's a .exe inside a .rar folder...

With the theme being announced before the actual release, what is required to be made during the 24h? What is taken into account when it comes to the creation/origin of assets etc?

Sad times ;(

I had guessed Turkish from some of the characters used and the TL thing. and translator told me I was right!

Is this game limited to Turkish people? Is there any form of theme? I can't see much limiting the creations in the rules except for needing video evidence of non-PC games. Let me know! Thanks!

And now to see if the translator is any good I'll now run this through to Turkish for hopefully ease of use if you don't speak English :P

Kullanılan bazı karakterlerden ve TL olayından Türkçe tahmin etmiştim. ve çevirmen bana haklı olduğumu söyledi!

Bu oyun sadece Türklerle mi sınırlı? Herhangi bir tema şekli var mı? PC olmayan oyunların video kanıtına ihtiyaç duymanın dışında, kurallardaki kreasyonları sınırlayan pek bir şey göremiyorum. Bana bildirin! Teşekkürler!

Ve şimdi çevirmenin iyi olup olmadığını görmek için, İngilizce bilmiyorsanız, umarım kullanım kolaylığı için bunu Türkçe'ye çevireceğim.

Each has their own rules about that you'd need to check, this one requires the assets etc to be made during it, so if it's already made it's not valid anyway.

Absolutely fantastic.

Yeah, for whatever very bizarre reason it changed the link to some temporary address lol.

Glad to help out 😝

What is it you wanted it to do?

For some reason the locked pinned thread is to a dead invite link, but to join the discord you can use the literal

Link :p

Have a basic idea with a crude prototype I may follow, but I did come up with a few viable ideas :)

Overall #69 in the Colour mini jam, nice.

I mean as for “going together” people produce literal packs in the same style that cover nearly every possible need (for the most part).

Some juice may make a difference with the effects and such but idk, I certainly hope it is taken into consideration.

Thanks for replying Mr GDev! .. are you a shared account or one guy doing this specific branch of PR? :p

Either way, the engine really helped me start exploring development more, something I’ve had interest in for the longest time but sleepy on so thank you or whoever for that :3

You said date for the theme announcement is 1st August, but that's the date the jam ends? :p

Did you just wink at me!? *blush *

That’s nice… GDevelop is 2D only though..
