This game was hilarious!

Is the source code for this game available anywhere?

Third

How'd you make this playable in a browser?

15 save files is not enough for this game

woah I've never seen that. Are you offering them in the heart rooms or the boss rooms

When it says to start with a SMILE, does that mean I have to make a new save and name myself that? What does that change?

How did you do both versions of floor 2? Did you just play the whole game twice?

Oh you're right I got them mixed up

get this masterpiece on Android

yo release the source code, I wanna add to this

The game is very satisfying, especially the explosion when you get it to a high level, but it could use a goal so there's a reason to keep playing

iirc FAT Disabled saves your highscore but doesn't work on twilightmenu++

Very good game! I loved the art and the simple yet fun controls, and felt I was improving throughout the game. Although, I disliked that each of the rockets are essentially permanent checkpoints, and getting hit guarantees you go back down to them. I think having more rockets, but putting them in hard to reach places would fix both of those problems and make the pachinko aspect more prevalent. Also the peg at the start of floor 6 has no room to react and was rather frustrating.

Yeah I mean that. Thanks!

Not sure if this is the right spot to post bugs. The mobile version doesn't support scrolling with the mouse wheel. Is this ever going to be added?

Yeah I have, I'm just not sure how to edit the volume in it.

I'm trying to make music fade out when you press a button. I've seen the RAM thing but I'm not sure how to set up the poke() command to change the volume.

It also doesn't show sync when it lags

oh I didn't see that

On the mobile version, putting input: mouse should hide the buttons on the mobile version.  Is there already a way to do this?

Interesting. Is there an equivalent of getAngle() in lua?

So I want to make something that moves toward the mouse at a constant speed. Something like this gif. How would I be able to do that?

Sorry I got back so late. I have a 64 bit AMD processor with 8 GB of RAM. Is there anything specific you need?

oh thanks!

That's not what I meant.

Thank you!

So on versions after I believe 0.60.3, TIC-80 will run at half-speed and the audio will be choppy. This also happens on the browser version, and on multiple computers I tried with. Does this happen for you?

I want to make a game with upgrades that save even after you quit. Is that possible to do?

Made a pretty hard level based on Dungeon of Doom. See if you can beat it!

I found that 0.60.3 works fine but 0.70.1 and on is much slower for me.

I don't mean to complain but the new version of TIC is running at about half of the speed it normally does. This could also be my computer but this only happens in the newest version. For example all of the sounds are super choppy so the sound and music editor are pretty much unusable. It also runs at about half the FPS it does in older versions.

I'm not very good with the technical parts of lua and I couldn't find anything about the eval command. How do you use it exactly?

I recently bought a bluetooth keyboard for my tablet, and I was really disappointed when it didn't work with TIC-80, I think because the virtual keyboard replaces it.

If you support Bluetooth keyboards again in the next update that would be awesome!

Oh also  wrote this with it.

Some suggestions:

1) sprite-to-sprite collision detection - It would be very helpful especially in games like bullet hells.

2) Debug mode - Probably won't happen, but  it would be SUPER helpful if there was a debug mode, where you can slow down the game and see the code so you know what causes problems.

3) User Profiles - On the website, it would be cool if we could see user profiles and see what games they have made, so if you like one game that person made, you don't have to search through the list.

4) Game searching -  It would be a lot easier to find games you want if you could search for games by their name, or sort them by a tag they can choose, or both!

5) A thing - kind of minor, but maybe move the default map position up a few pixels so we can see the top row.

When will Eggnogg Rumble come out?
