Hi! Thank you so so much!!!!

I went with a text game since the group I made this with was mostly writers aside from me, and I already had experience using Twine a lot, so might as well play to the team's strengths XD

If you'd still like to try to finish the game, we just made a walkthrough doc you can use to get any ingredients you're stuck on! :) (fun fact... during testing, we found that it's actually about over an hour of gameplay if you take the time to read everything! It was shocking since none of us participated in a game jam before!)

Cute! Sadly I was unable to find the secret toad... and I couldn't seem to deliver the package to the blacksmith? But otherwise quite charming so far (I thought the save function dialogue was fun XD), and would love to see this in a more finished state! :D

I agree with SalTheSillyGal, I like the concept and visuals (and i'm a huge fan of really cool outer space settings!!) but there isn't a clear objective or sense of progress... Overall I think this is a really nice concept that could be worked on some more! I like the mystery aspect... it seemed intriguing to find out what was going on with that first bit of narration! <3

This is very cool! It took a while for me to figure out how to play despite the instructions being right there on the screen...maybe it's just me haha TwT; Also was a little confused when the levels didn't seem to finish properly? (It would be stuck on the score screen and I would have to just quit the level).

But overall I like this idea a lot! Especially had fun in the mech designer! :3

I love the retro aesthetic of this game!! I think I would come back to this game a lot if there was more variety in each town (but also I understand there's a LOT of towns and thus would be hard to do) because it started to feel a bit tedious constantly stopping at the same-looking town over and over until I finally landed at my destination.

But nonetheless, it is very enjoyable and I would love to see this game being worked on further in the future! <3

This seems like an interesting game! And you can never go wrong with cute kitties :3 Unfortunately I actually couldn't make it very far because I kept falling down the same hole over and over again...oops TwT;; Would love if you could be dropped off somewhere near where you fell off!

And would also just love to see this game worked on some more in the future! <3

This is very very cool!! I would love to play this music on loop in the background while doing homework or something -w- <3

Oh this is very creative! And easy to understand the gimmick ^w^ ! I would love to see a longer version of this game :O !!

I really like the concept and it seems fun in theory but unfortunately I'm not very good at multitasking so I just kept dying immediately XD But yeah this seems pretty neat!

time well spent in the mech designer

this is true
