Thanks, man. I knew it would feel kind of weird to maneuver in a way, and I kind of wanted that so it could have a "Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy" feel
Yeah, I had a fire-like lava texture but we had already made the entire map and it was too late, so we didn't swap it. Thanks for taking the time to play my game. Godot felt super natural and easy to learn as well!
Oh uh, the tutorial was added in last minute so I forgot to make it HUD and whatnot. Just use arrow keys to stretch, WASD keys to shrink, hold in the direction to stretch/shrink that way
I know, I tried. With the AI thing, since I have the entire summer now, I am planning on fully making the AI, and publishing it as an extension for others to not have to struggle the way I did. (turns out there is no AI or pathfinding extension at all for platformers)
Yeah I added the alarm and tried to make it get glitchier until the entire game dissolves so everyone would think that that was the game ending, but instead it turns out I didn't even have time to make that work, so it ended on the alarm screen.
