Love love LOVE the icon for sprinting or walking now. The new icons are adorable and I can't wait until I have time to see what else has changed but I just took a peak for a little bit and was very happy with the update.

She should be around the dockyard near the entrance

Found a crash after clearing the farm. I ran into a Bigbarian right after I planted seeds and got this crash.

Update, I DID manage to recreate the FATAL ERROR crash the other commenter made.

This was AFTER putting in the command you suggested and saving. I put it in again on a new load and crashed in a dungeon. I reloaded but this time did not put the command in and was able to play uninterrupted for several hours.

So far that's working.

Thanks, Digi, I'll reply again if there's any other issues.

I'm starting to get this crash

You also have to be "sprinting" which is dumb if you're 10 times their size but that is still a thing for now.

The map has grown a lot since I last played and it's good to see the game progressing. The game still gets low FPS for me in the overworld but runs buttery smooth in dungeons like the sewer.

I just have a few suggestions or quality of life changes I'd like to see.

I stand by my original suggestion that new areas should be locked behind size. The NPCs and enemies in the new areas become bigger and so does the buildings and terrain. It would give the game some sense of direction since it's all one big world right now, and it would be jarring to be "normal sized" around other macros and then feel gigantic when you come back to the starting area. New areas would probably have to be in a new instance to save on resources, otherwise it could be taxing on performance rendering all that in at once. Save point travel would really be useful here.

Before anything like that can happen though, the terrain seems to be difficult to traverse at times. Slight hills or bumps in the terrain, that should be easy to walk over at my size constantly stop my forward momentum and I get stuck. Trees seem to be an issue as well with this but those seem more like that is by design and meant to encourage the player to find an alternate route past a certain size.

Getting challenged by a tiny when you are colossal is still an issue. You can easily step on tiny enemies, but only if you are sprinting. I genuinely have a hard time knowing if I'm sprinting or not at larger sizes. It takes a few seconds to gain momentum when you are a macro and before I know if I'm sprinting or not a tiny wants to fight me.

You should be able to just step on them regardless of sprinting or walking. An option would be nice, or at the very least a small UI indicator if I'm sprinting or not. This matters when I chug potions for the next fight or get a temp buff that I don't want to waste.

Speaking of stomping, I don't expect humans in game, but humanoid feet to go with the hands would be nice. Stomping enemies is a big part of the game and it would just be nice to have more feet options, maybe a 4/5 toe variant option. Basically the default foot without claws and footpads for more cosmetic options.

Also, why is my macro character not heavy enough to withstand some wind? It seems like fat shouldn't be the only determining factor in that.

Side note: If "Growth RPG" is a working title, Size Contest could be a potential name for the finished game, since that's more or less what combat is.

That's all I really have but I'm loving where this is going. I just see a lot of potential with size taking the place of a hard level system. With a game based around growing, it would make sense if Size=progression. Right now that's not really the direction and maybe it's not intended to be. Cities, dungeons, NPC's and enemies, and sections of the world would have to be rescaled so maybe it's ambitious. Instancing these areas apart would have some tradeoffs instead of having one big open world like there is now. If that's possible though then the final version of this game could be something truly memorable.

I hope this gets changed,it is really inconvenient getting stopped by a tiny you didn't see.

A macro late game would be neat. You gain access to a new area filled with other gigantic characters so you feel small again. Macro dungeons, quests, mini games, etc.

Some quests could involve going back to the starting area and it would be jarring to be so huge again. Kind of like big and little world from super Mario 64.

You mean like a Let's Play?

There's one on pornhub but I haven't watched it

Shockingly fun game. Seeing the bandit boss for the first time gave me a great idea for more content....

A macro section you can only reach by stepping over a huge wall. Once there it's a new town filled with macros and you feel small again compared to everyone else at first.

I thought that's what the bandit boss was when I was tiny but he's by himself over there.
