Thanks for playing my game, I'll keep these things in mind if I decide to continue this project after the jam. I'll also make sure to check out your game when I get the chance.
Amazing game, especially since it was made in such a short time. It feels extremely polished, is very original, and is just fun to play. If it was built out into more of a full fledged game I'd definitely be willing to spend a couple bucks on it. The only things I think would improve the game would be a tutorial and not allowing the assassins to surround the book guy (though neither of these really take away from the game much). All in all, great game and I'll probably play it again when I have more time later on.
The game was quite a bit of fun, just the movement felt a bit too slidey for me which made it a bit hard to land on the platforms at times. Also great idea to have bits of the music added when certain types of enemies spawn.
It isnt supposed to scrub off the line with the scalpel and scissors, you may just have to look around the start room, if nothing new opens up a something probably went wrong if so I will try to fix it as soon as possible.
