It isnt supposed to scrub off the line with the scalpel and scissors, you may just have to look around the start room, if nothing new opens up a something probably went wrong if so I will try to fix it as soon as possible.
Ahh, okie dokies! I did try exploring the room where I spawned to see if anything happened in there, but I couldn't find anything. I did notice that the body had disappeared from the autopsy table though! I will try again tomorrow to see if I missed anything :3
