The picture used for the coworkers seems to be random.  I'm getting their stage 3, 4 or 8 pic while still in stage 1.

Edit: Correction; it seems to only be their introduction pic (where they tell you their name) that uses the random pic.

Edit2: No, just got the Green5 pic and Pink 8 while in Stage 1 as a normal work event.

Go to the "bgm" file and rename the "El Infausto Ladron de Joyas A" to "El Infausto Ladrón de Joyas A".
