sometimes a bit glitchy for me, I could mash spacebar and skip 1 or 2 levels whenever I hit space multiple times to end a level. I liked the colors a lot, and I like how the character moves! Seemed a little generic sometimes and could have used a few unique items or mechanics to make it stand out as a platformer, but for 1 week and two colors, this is really good!

really fun game, there were a lot of games out there that went super crazy with the graphics, and ended up feeling a little too busy onscreen, but I really like how simplistic everything is in the game, its a fun concept that you are given that lets you explore just the right amount! I liked the length of the game for the amount of mechanics that are in it, if you plan on extending the game, you would need some more things like jump pads/more environment stuff (etc). At the end of the day though, this is really fun and creative and I definitely like this over an infinite runner! Keep up the good work!
Hey man, just got mine posted, what's the problem? the file isn't uploading or you can't submit it to the game jam? if it is a folder it has to be zipped, but if you jump through a bunch of hoops you can make an installer instead. You might be able to check the settings and file type on my submission and compare it to yours (mine is called liquid light) but yeah, lmk if you get it fixed or if that doesn't work out I'll look into it more.
Wanted to do a fun challenge for myself so I'm using Unreal 5.2 which has barely any 2D support at all, but so far its coming along much better than I expected! I found a free plugin that added a lot of missing support, but I get that it's still not as ideal as something like unity GMKR or GODOT, but its what I'm familiar with for 3d stuff and I've always wanted to just go for it! Anybody else using a bit of an unconventional engine too?
