Some scenes that require an NPC will spawn a random one even with it off. I noticed the portal panties/fleshlight random event would keep spawning NPCs despite having it turned off.

UI/style reminds me of Course of Temptation, but the step-dad/mom aspect make it kinkier which I like. I did edit the code on my play-through to go from fat, ugly, old man to chad dad. It mostly worked aside from few static descriptors.

Any chance the game will let you avoid the genderbend content and just be a woman trying to fight being turned into a succubus? Forced bimbofication-style corruption almost always seems to be M2F and that aspect's kind of a deal-breaker turnoff for me.

Thanks for responding (and so quickly, too). I hadn't realized I'd hit the end of content as an issue I run into with a fair number of NSFW games is the author has the mindset "it's hot, why wouldn't you want get the lewds?"--particularly in IF--which can result in a wall on progression if you don't want to see it. Always nice to hear the player will have the autonomy to avoid it.

So over 100 days passed, explored everywhere in the town (including spamming explore for days), worked every job, bought all the info from Gareth with gold, amassed over 10k gold. Anyway way to leave the town or advance if you absolutely don't want to hook up with Rorik or Gareth?

IIRC, release notes say the game will override your selected NPC sexes to make ones you're "supposed to be" attracted to based on you're character's sexuality. I don't know what your setup was, but I heard if you want them to be trans-female you have to be attracted to women and hope it doesn't RNG them cis-female. I haven't actually looked at the code to confirm if that's how it does it though.

I haven't rated the game, but the trouble with ratings linked with recommendations is you have two ways to look at it:

I didn't like it/not for me OR It's a bad game

In the first case you could figure out just by tags sometimes without playing, but unfortunately that means telling the rec engine that a game isn't for you also means implying to others that it's a bad game. I wish more stores had proactive "hide/ignore" options so people had another option particularly given how strongly people feel about kinks/squicks.
