Is there somewhere I can listen to the soundtrack

Yea definitely. There are some other ones like Armory and another more recent one called Range Engine. I messed around with Range but not for long I'll have to check it out more to see if maybe its more stable.

Its atrocious to work in. :( There are a LOT of performance problems and physics issues. I’ve since learned how to sort of fix the collision problems but if you REALLY try you can still fall through everything. Really sucks this would be so amazing.

XD Yeah I definitely have a lot to learn! I think I focused too much on trying to make it hard instead of making it fun. I used UPBGE to make it. It's Blender but as a game engine. It has a lot of problems itself like collision/physics issues and such. Thanks for your feedback! I'll definitely re-consider my way of going about my game development next time, and engine of course! 😎

Thank you! Yea let me record a video for you real quick! Next jam I’ll try to learn a new engine that supports all platforms. This engine is very niche, but i chose it cause it was just easy to get in and make something up quick.

Heres the video!

My game is a 3D platformer where you have to jump up and place islands below your feet (like in Minecraft). Theres a void and a rising water level you have to avoid. Let me know what you think if you play it!

NOTE: it is unfortunately download only sorry. :/

First time jammer! contrary to my game being 3D, and my game not being browser based. While experimenting with different things to do and ways to make my game, I finally learned how to do proper collision detection with JavaScript! :D

In hindsight. Probably should have gone with a web based project, but its okay!

This is insanely well done! Only thing is the controls feel a bit weird, but nothing I can't get used to! Amazing work!

Ofc! Cool game so far guys!

Apologies for the lack of a web version of the game. The engine I'm using (UPBGE), doesn't allow for web exports :(. I'll try and learn Godot, or something else for next jam!

Took me a bit to figure out what was going on. After that though really clever game!

This game like, perfectly embodies the entire game jams requirements. :D amazing job!

Oddly, I was just able to beat it first go. lol I really like the new animation :D!

This is addicting.

This is insanely good! Wow!

Definitely!  The music was quite relaxing. ^-^

awesome! keep going!

Its totally understandable! Unfortunately the engine im using doesn't allow a way to export for browser. ;(

Actually relaxing! I feel the controls and what you can do needs to be clearer though, I was just kind  of running around spamming spacebar not knowing exactly what I could do.

Environment is really cool! However, I think there could be some more guidance on how to find the alien on phase 1. I had to watch the gif on the itch page to figure it out. So far so good!

Nice! This is very hard XD

Really well made! :D

Just updated it. Let me know if your still getting performance issues. Also added some tutorial levels.

I'll let you know when I release the next update. Let me know if its better then. :D

Thank you! I was concerned about performance working on that now.

Ah ok. I thought those were like points you were collecting for killing chips or something.

Actually kind of chill and fun! However you seem to die out of nowhere after a certain period of time. Do you lose health from being in the red part of the background image?
