- Well done! I had a blast playing it. The music was a great addition to the gameplay and I hope you'll add on to what you already have made. Thanks for making this!
Did you include your Game Design Document in your downloadable files?
Yes
Tell us about your game!
The main aim of the game is to locate and kill an enemy infecting objects on your space ship. The game is split into 2 phases.
In phase 1, you have a gun with 5 special bullets. You need to shoot the alien in it's hidden state for it to reveal itself and move to phase 2. If you run out of bullets before you find the alien then you lose the game and have to restart. If the alien infects 10 objects in total then you also lose. The alien makes a sound every time it infects an object.
In phase 2, the alien has been revealed and all infected objects will attack the player. When an enemy is killed, it spawns into 4 more smaller copies of itself and does this until it runs out of lives. The aim is to try and kill the enemies as fast as possible.
Tips for surviving: Shoot and run in intervals, don't stand still.
Did you remember to include your Game Design Document?
Yes
Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes
Extra Notes
This was really fun and a great learning experience for me. The GameJam really gave me the motivation to start making games again. I didn't enter with goals of winning the top prize but I hope I've made an enjoyable gaming experience :)

Fun concept, reminded me of 2017 Prey with the whole monster can be any kind of object thing, though the mouse sensitivity settings of the game is kind of too high imo
Thank you for the feedback! Appreciate you taking the time to look at my project :)
It's a really fun game, more like brain-less shooting but that's exactly what I need after a day long instead of a competitive game. Phase 2 really panicked me when they chased me so fast and tried to corner me every time.
Thank you for taking the time to play it! Brain-less shooting for phase 2 was my aim so that's great to hear! :)
I got 23 seconds, that was actually pretty fun and a cool concept. I wish there was more!! During my second game, at the second phase, when the enemy started started cloning rapidly they were still the original item that i found them as.
Would love if you checked out my game spreadball and gave me any feedback
Whoa! That is fast! Will definitely check out your game as well :)
Terrifying. Panic inducing. Perfect.
Ha! Great to hear! :)
Environment is really cool! However, I think there could be some more guidance on how to find the alien on phase 1. I had to watch the gif on the itch page to figure it out. So far so good!
Thanks a lot for the feedback! Maybe will revisit adding a tutorial if I get time :)
