Heloooooooooooo I just played this demo! Here's my feedback:
Maps look good! You got real creative with them!
Some spelling mistakes in the dialogue, nothing too major! Text also gets cut off a bit a few times.
I feel like some interactable would go a long way.
The Random Encounter rate is a little too high, I think.
Story seems p interesting so far! I like it.
I've never used MZ so I'm not sure if this is default or whatever, but I like the little folder-menu thingy in the corner for people who play via touch.
Also did Kanja's mom fricking SELL HER?????????????

I finally got around to playing thisand I'm so glad I did!! It's so cute!!! I love the art style! (Another random little bit I like a lot is how Mochi's sprite bounces as she walks - it fits her really well!)
Hi! It's been a while huh? Heh heh. Sorry. Anyway! I think you need to keep the exe file OUT of the www folder, but you need them in the same directory. (keep the save folder where it is too). I don't think the game will work on Mac, so keep that in mind too please.
Hiya! Thanks for checking the game out (but sorry you're having a hard time). If I remember right, after unzipping the download, there should be two files in the root folder. You need to put both these files in a folder in order for the game to work properly. If that's not it, sorry, and I'll take a look at the file structure when I get home and get back to you. (Also, sorry for the late response! i didn't get any any sort of notification about this comment ;~;)
