Very cute! Though the bug with the dialogue that doesn't display the right name and color of box makes the story a bit confusing at the beginning, when I didn't understand the bug. The level is a bit small, but I appreciate the variety of characters. Good job!

I love how the enemies get cut by the scissors. It's such an interesting flavor to the game. And don't worry about it being a bit empty compared to what you envisioned, we all started somewhere. The most important is to have had fun and learned during the process! I wish for you to do another game jam at some point. Now you know better how to scope the game, and you managed to calibrate yourself depending on your work speed.
Though again, your game idea has potential!
Yeah sadly there is a bug we didn't see during the jam. When you release the click of your mouse while it's on the phone, you sometimes summon another paper... that's so sad we didn't see that before haha. On one of the steps of both of the origami, before folding anything, you can bring the blue gem close. If you hold it, it will reveal one of the rune symbols. You then have to apply the red or the green gem during that step, and then continue on with the folding. We didn't have time to make it clear, apologies haha
Thanks for playing anyways!
Interesting concept! The only thing I would point out is that the text is very slow. I suppose it's a problem on my machine given the other comments, but also it's way too slow for you to have wanted it to be that way. The combat ends for me before I even got the chance to see the whole text. And the player is bigger than my screen as well, so it was a bit hard to play.
But despite that I really think the concept is neat, it's a great and innovative use of the limitation, and it's definitely fun to have to deal with consequences that we couldn't know about.
Nice! My only complaint would be that the game feels too easy for me, but maybe that's just a me problem haha. Good things you added the small tutorial at the bottom! It's always great to be able to know about everything you need to do inside the game itself, and as people said before, it's intuitive.
Great job!
