hello 3 people who has viewed this game, I do wanna mention I am updating the game right now :D, and rebranding the name cus "Attack on Sphere" is stupid xD.

Ball-buster; Tower Defense is what I'm going with for now cus it sounds funny imo.

also updating the game itself to make it FAR easier to play, removing the python setup file, removing setup completely tbh, and making the wave editor in the game itself instead of a third party.

I'm WORKING on a level editor, and a tower editor, but right now there still in the brainstorming stages and not being actively developed/coded at the moment, however the wave editor is just about finished, it'll be done within the hour of releasing this post!

I might release the next update with a tower editor and potentially a level editor, but probably not. we will see!

however new waves will be added and they will be far more balanced!!!

oh and I'm looking to remake/improve the models graphics and textures but that won't happen in the next update most likely.

like just wine without any modifications would be less performant then proton, and it might run idk I haven't tested it I'm just saying from my experiance it's far better to use proton rather then wine

on Wine specifically? probably not as it's an unreal engine game.

on Proton, then almost definitly yes.

so I assume you've never used linux in your life, ironic.

have you never heard of Wine or Proton? you'd think someone who aperently uses linux would have but ig not.

sorry for ANOTHER comment but I just relized the shortcut won't work.

go to %appdata%, then click back to AppData (it brings you to roaming), from here navigate to LocalLow>SophieMakesGames>Attack on Sphere> and paste the mods folder here.

if this directory does not exiest either launch the game once, or create the folder yourself.

this is all the python file does but I know not everyone has python or trusts it.

hope this helps!

their is a way to get "GenerateFiles.py" manually (bassically you dont' *have* to run it it's just more annoying)

you can copy the "mod" folder into the "moddingFolder" shortcut. just ctrl+c go to that folder ctrl+v

hope this helps thsoe without python

also game IS moddable.

please make sure you run GenerateFiles.py

if not you cannot run the game as it's ESSENTIAL for the waves to run (waves are stored in an external folder, generatefiles.py generates that folder)

Let me know if you playtest the game, and give me feedback, I'll put you in credits with a shoutout of your choosing =)
