Thank you for playing and for the feedback! :)

I LOVE this game! It's so weird and charming, and really commits to the theme in every way. I like the physicality of the 3D-space, and that picking up and putting down papers is just a tiny bit clunky. Once I figured out how to work the scanning device and identified my first nebula, I cheered IRL. :D It made me feel accomplished as if I was actually doing astronomy.

Not only is this game fun, it feels so creative and full of heart. I love it!

(Also, you made another bonus game? 10/10)

A cute game with a LOT of personality. I like basically everything about this game: The art, the story, how it throws you in an makes you fight through the whole camp. I feel like the combat is a bit too simple to fully carry the game. I still really like it though. I especially love all the buildings in the camps, they look very cool.

You managed to pack a lot of features in, I'm impressed. The leaderboard is a nice touch. :) It's a fun concept and feels good to play, I had fun playing. I like the risk/reward of the speed boosts, though I ended up going at a slower pace most of the time. The multipliers are very interesting, it took me a moment to figure out just how important they are for getting a high score.

This is not really relevant for the gameplay, but: Why eyeballs?

The splitting slimes add an interesting level of complexity. It's a nice and polished game, and it feels good to play. I feel like I died pretty quickly every time, and I'm not sure if I'm just not very good at it or if it really ramps up the difficulty that fast.

I read the instruction "Don't shoot the barrier" and of course immediately shot the barrier. :)

It's a cool game, the definition of small and polished. The visuals are nice, the controls responsive and intuitive and the sound effects are well chosen. The game gets really tense when you get swarmed by enemies, because panic spamming will only make you lose faster. I think it was a good choice to have the barrier "reset" when you level up, it feels way more forgiving like that. I had a lot of fun playing!

Thank you!

Hi, we had to enter an E-Mail when submitting the game, in case we win a prize. This E-Mails is visible for anyone viewing the submission, even if they are logged out. I don't think this was intentional.

I really enjoyed it! Controls & mechanics felt very intuitive, but then again I am familiar with roguelikes and have played a fair bit of Vampire Survivor. It was cool that some upgrades carried over between runs. I never managed to make it past the dino, though that was mostly bc I always got stuck in a room before I could collect enough 'permanent' upgrades to be boosted enough haha. For my skill level, the game definitively felt balanced. My favorite enemies were the slimes (bc of how they split up and can really overwhelm you if you aren't careful) and the fancy man spider (mostly bc of his design). :)

I like the auto attacks, but I wish there was some more strategy/complexity to the attack/movement relationship. Things like e.g. the attack rate increasing when you stand still, so there's an incentive for minimal movement, or adding different attack types that require different movement patterns/have different ranges. Idk if these examples specifically would be good ideas, I'm just throwing out suggestions. Or you could introduce upgrades that completely change the way attacks work (e.g. they become AoE instead, or have shorter/longer ranges, etc.) so there's some more variety. I understand it's a demo, and that this would involve a lot of balancing, but some wild cards beyond simple +attack +speed would surely be fun.

I would also like to be able to attack bats while they are flying above obstacles, I found that a bit frustrating. If you wanted to introduce an enemy type that sort of 'ambushes' you by mostly moving in obstacles / walls, e.g. something like a ghost, that would of course be fun. But I just expected to be able to hit a flying bat right next to me.

The slime bug seems to still be there (I played the web version today), since I got stuck in a room with a slime outside the wall (see screenshot). Another time I got stuck in a room AGAIN, but this time I couldn't see any enemies at all. It might've still been an off-screen slime, since there were slime enemies in that room.

Overall this was a very fun game and I like where it is going!

Also an off-topic comment, but: I bought Endhall a couple months ago, and I still play through it every other week or so when I need a break from work. It's one of my favorite 'short' games. :)

The image is by Jeremy Fenske (as you can see by the watermark), who I assume is not the same person as alkakrab.
You can find the original on Jeremy Fenske's ArtStation account, and I can't see any indication that it is free to use. So I wouldn't recommend using it.

Could it be the one where you have to move your tongue diagonally? Because I didn't realize you could do that at first, either.

I didn't realize you could move your tongue diagonally at first, so that level had me stumped for a while. :D

What a cool puzzle game! I love the art and the straightforward mechanics. Really shows how much you can do with a simple premise executed well. This is exactly my type of game. Also it just looks and sounds really, really good.

Cool game! I like the sleek art, a great choice for a jam like this. The controls are intuitive and smooth, you really loose no time getting into sorting. :D

Cool game! It's a simple and unique idea, it fits the theme perfectly and is well executed! I found it to be quite challenging, but fun. :)

Hahaha the sound effects are AMAZING! I'm bad at parking in real life, and I'm bad at parking in this game, but at least I'm laughing while doing it. :D

I struggled a bit to turn the car and park it sideways, but honestly I was mostly focused on running around and accidentally sliding cars all over. Super fun!

Edit: I found one bug while playing a bit more, which is that you can get stuck in the green 'walls' if you park too close to them and leave the car. Not sure if it's worth fixing, but I wanted to let you know. :)

Also I found out my struggle turning the car sideways is 100% because I suck at parking. :D

Really fun and fast-paced gameplay! The highest score I managed to get was 260. My immediate thought was that I would LOVE a dash on this game, just so I can dash across the screen even faster. :D

I really like how you solved being hit by obstacles. I expected a health bar, but this is much more fun, and really focuses the whole gameplay on getting the highest score possible. Great game design choice!

A fun concept, and really well executed. I like the background sounds a lot, really makes it seem like I'm in a factory, trying my best to solve an important problem. :D

What a fun game! It started off easy and then quickly became very stressful. In the end, I completely locked myself in, haha. The highest score I managed to get was 18.

You really did the theme justice, this is truly about managing your storage space wisely. Really cool!

Really cool game! The controls feel very nice, and shooting feels great.

I think making the enemies just a bit lighter so they are easier to see would be nice, since sometimes I wasn't quite sure what killed me.

But it looks very pretty, with a lovely color scheme and good sound effects. Really fun to play, too, of course. :)

This is really cute and fun! I didn't properly read the instructions and sat there for a few seconds, waiting for it to load. I just kinda clicked around on the screen, and when it suddenly filled up the bar I realized this was the game, haha! It's such a creative idea and really well executed. :)

Thanks a lot! :) You're completely right, since it's 'just' a card game, it could really use some effects to make it feel more polished and alive.

Thank you! It gets pretty challenging on hard mode. I would have liked to ensure there are always at least a few matches available, but sadly I didn't have the time.

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah you're right, the theme is somewhat loose. I kinda went from storage management to package delivery and then got stuck on the idea of working at a post office.... like a game of telephone with my own brain. ^^

Wow, this is a really cool game! It's incredibly polished and feels great to play. Nice sound and music, very pretty art. It hurt my brain just the right amount to figure out the controls. It's very engaging. I'm impressed!

You  might need to re-export your game, I sadly couldn't open it.

Thank you, and thank you for the feedback! :)

This game looks great, and you really included everything from music to nice backgrounds and cute art.

One issue I had was that I would often grab two bombs at once when not meaning to (because another one was behind it / close by). Not sure if this is a feature or a bug, haha.

A fun and cool game! :)

A very cool game! The highest score I got was 75, I really got into the rhythm of moving boxes.

I think it could probably benefit from some type of difficulty scaling, but obviously that's asking a lot from a 3h game.

I really enjoyed it! The effect of the box falling into the void was very pleasing to me, both visually and the sound. tap-tap-tap-tap-EEYYYUUH!! :)

Thank you very much! :)

Thank you very much! :)

Thank you so much! :D

Aw, thanks a lot! :)

Thank you! :D Yeah, you're absolutely right. I added the shuffle button to avoid locking people in, but it's really not and ideal solution.

Thanks a lot! :)

Thank you! That's very fair, it takes a bit to learn. I would have liked to add a more in-depth tutorial, but sadly ran out of time. Still, thank you for pushing through the confusion and playing it. :)

Really cool idea! I tried to move the box at first, until I realized what was going on haha. Nice gameplay :)

A very cute game. :) It kinda reminds me of those browser semi-idle games (paperclips, a dark room), which I like a lot. If you wanted to, this idea could surely be expanded into a complete shop management game.

I played until the numbers went off-screen, then I decided I was rich enough. Very fun!

This is a really cute and fun game! I enjoyed running around and chucking boxes all over the place. Once I hit a falling box while throwing another one, and got two for one in. That made me feel very skilled. :)

Something to keep in mind, maybe (though I don't know if your layout is different): On my keyboard layout, R is between E and T, so I accidentally reset the game several times.

For the short amount of time, you really polished the game, with music, a scrolling background and everything. Really nice.

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liked it :)

This was really fun! A small and polished game. :)
