nice :D

yeah realised that, haha

Ok so I just played it again and everything worked fine, it was weird why it wasn't letting me pick up stuff.

I think the other is just for like wine and cheese, I wasn't getting any wine or cheese orders.

I was stunning them but I still couldn't pick them up, I was right on top of them and the outline wouldn't come and I couldn't pick them up.

Really cool game but I couldn't pickup anything at all for some reason and one of the orders was a hotdog looking thing which I had no idea how to make.

yep 23 here

yeah but when I click interpolate it says please set input/outpus FPS. I can't set that though

hi, I installed this but I can't set an output frame rate? In the interpolation tab the input FPS and output FPS don't let me type anything in them

Am I allowed to edit these assets?

BEAN

yeah the spike colliders do need some work, I noticed that after having a friend try the game. No ideas came to mind when making the levels really, level design is not one of my best skills.

Thank you :)

More mechanics or the use of the portal mechanic would for sure add something extra to the levels. Thanks for the feedback :)

Yeah, the levels are a bit easy and I would've liked to make them harder. I just couldn't think of any ways of doing that without making the game extra repetitive.

Yep, finished it: https://aboykiy.itch.io/pave-the-way

It would be much more useful if these were the actual models in .obj format btw.

The game probably wouldn't run well on 32-bit, 32-bit is made for systems of very low specifications that can't even run the full windows os

plug it in via USB or use bluetooth if you have a version 2 xbox one controller

MrNink in game dev go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

It's a very fun game. I like the idea of limiting your sort of area by having a battery metre, gives the player the means to play the game so that they can go out further. The controls are really nice although I think it's a good idea to have not only the arrow keys to move but also using A and D because most games use that so it's just sort of common knowledge that WASD are your movement keys. I would definitely prioritise using WASD for movement rather than arrow keys. Overall though great game 👍

It's so cool to have a meme about something I made. Also that's some pretty good skill at picking out my satellite texture. I do know the controls can be improved such as not making the ship vibrate when it moves.

Yeah I did feel that it does become repetitive. Because I loved this jam so much I will be doing another one called "Devtober". You get 1 month to do anything you like, there is no theme, no focus, nothing. You can either start something new or work on a previous project. So for this year's devtober what I am going to be doing is polishing this game very much and adding a lot more gameplay to it. I will upload the new and improved version as a separate game and rename this one to clarify that it was the original version.

Here's a link to devtober if you're interested: https://itch.io/jam/devtober-2020

Thank you for the very kind words. I did see a few games started to pop up with the vacuum cleaner idea. I will definitely go and play yours. Thank you 👍❤

Hi, I did notice the mouse acting strange when it's on top of the ship, I have attempted to fix this but couldn't figure it out. I see what you mean about the upgrade prices not being very clear, I will do my best to fix these issues and add some more content in a future update. Thank you for letting me know.

Yeah I finished mine

do I want to ask what "making an artist" involves?

np

You were just rude...

Thanks! :)

Hey, thanks for the reply. Yeah I just figured this out shortly after I posted the comment. Sorry I am fairly new to game dev and I tend to forget things sometimes, I forgot to slice it up as you said. Thanks anyways for the help. :)

Hi, I would really like to use this in my new game but when I import this into unity it makes the whole tileset a tile? I don't know if this is something you can fix or I fix but it happens so... Basically if I'm unclear what is happening is I am making a new tile palette and when I import the png file it makes that one tile instead of splitting it up correctly. Also it would be really handy if you can include a .aseprite file if you use aseprite.
