In addition to the common "satellite room doors disappeared" problem, I've discovered a game breaking glitch: all screens and LED lights (on server banks, security keypads) are black.
In other words, I can't seen anything on the screens, but I can type in a target command and watch the compass arrow move. Reloading doesn't help, it's part of the save.
Immediately prior to this, I saved game outside (near November) and when I reloaded, all screens and LED lights were "off".
It kinda ended my game right there. No way to search for signals.
