PCWG at some point yes, probably unlocked during act 2 and expanded upon in later content for certain, im quite happy with Act 1 being a sort of "you're doing this on your own and dont have time for such things" and then as your team grows you slowly have more freedom to manage teams and swell yourself, if desired

for right now content ends at i think 2k pounds, but i am slowly working on it, burned out throwing all this together and it has been forever i apologize profusely
