Two years later and I'm interested in seeing how this all goes.

So I downloaded this for the PC and whenever I start it up the window just closes after a minute. The two times I got it to stay open the text was missing entirely. Is there a system requirement list or something I need in order for this to run? Some sort of program or application I need? Any help would be appreciated as I would like to play this.
Mmmmm, so much tasty character development. Nice to see someone confront Caelan with his issues...wish "whore" had a name though, lol. Still, I'm waiting for the reason he returns to the wolves rather than being left behind. I can't imagine we'd really separate our heroes a second time...though I wouldn't be surprised at that curve ball either. I'm also still hoping to have Caelan defend his wolf, and with marauders about I can see that happening. Interesting little hint that Caelan is getting stronger with that scene with the bunny taking his bag and commenting on how heavy it is. I'm wondering if his healing ability also is making him develop physically and grow stronger much faster as well. Last...I'm REALLY disappointed we never got a picture of that femmy Hyena and cute fox bard in this chapter. I know they didn't interact with our protagonist...but I still consider it to be a lost opportunity, lol.
Just a bunch of entitled pricks that don't understand that life happens and act like cunts and don't like it when the person that's the object of their ire smacks them in the mouth. I read the Reddit thread and oh noes, Kael took three whole months to get back up and running from REAL LIFE getting in the way and so when people acted like dicks and posted the early download link from Patreon he deleted their comments. What a TERRIBLE person. 9_9 Jesus, people suck.
Deep chapter. There's a lot to unpack here and you get a lot more of a sense of the wider impact of Caelan's appearance has on the world. Up until this part you only really had seen it from inside the village, but now, out in the wider world you have two huge interactions with characters that show the fallout and now our heroes are pushed into a corner with not many options. The whole chapter ends with a heated interaction, both sexually and emotionally between our star crossed heroes that ends with an ominous falling out. It's obvious the main characters have a LOT of baggage to deal with here and the situation all around just added to the pressure. It's a real cliffhanger for sure and I look forward to seeing where we're going.
Okay, I gave this the benefit of the doubt but this entire chapter set up the supposed heel turn all the way through. The entire section where they discuss Tano and why he an d Raynok had a falling out is ripe with hints about where Raynok is at just before he and Caelan have a blow out with each other. I don't think the situation is permanent but it's certainly not without set up. I won't go into spoilers but I think anyone invested in this story needs to go on and keep reading. It's clear this story is dealing with way deeper and much more complex issues with relationships, emotions and societal issues that are way more layered than I thought this story would go into. I'm glad this story isn't as straightforward as I had thought it was at first. It's been a slow build but when I think of where this started, I can see a lot more foresight went into this chapter far earlier on than I had thought. I am sticking with this because I want to see where this goes and I think anyone reading this owes it to themselves to do the same.
I just joined this site just because of this story. I think I rather like it.
There's a few things I really want to see.
During the trip to that Tigrii place, I would love to see Caelan take Ranoks side sword to defend his wolf and kill an attacker. Raynok is impressed that his Moondrop did so and has him hang on to the sword for protection.
I'd like to see Caelan get some actual clothing and sandals if not some sort of hide boots like all Skyrim style clothing and a cloak so he really CAN feel like Bilbo or Frodo.
I'd like to see Caelan get a moon stone. After he returns to the villiage his wearing full clothing and maybe still carrying Raynoks sword there's an uproar with the two jerk elders and at some point Caelan winds up near that pool and it gives him a moon stone in front of everyone. It seems rather foreshadowed in a way so I would love to see it.
I'd also like the Chief summon Raynok and the others and reveal that he knows Caelan speaks and it's a tense situation to make Caelan a member of the tribe because of the moon stone incident.
Obviously, these aren't any demands of the writer, it's their story but I just dream of these possibilities.
