It depends. The sex system is pretty hard to translate and honestly would need a rework before it. The rest should probably be added to the doc based on what's missing.

Are you playing with mods/on experimental?

Make sure you use no mods and do clean install 

You need to unlock other jobs in mansion upgrades first or travel to locations which have them. Service type of jobs are in first icon 

Did you perhaps disabled paperdoll in settings

Well, if you are using saves from older version there's no telling what can happen

Old saves aren't really compatible especially after a few months. You can try import option but it still can cause certain issue.
