It depends. The sex system is pretty hard to translate and honestly would need a rework before it. The rest should probably be added to the doc based on what's missing.

Are you playing with mods/on experimental?

Make sure you use no mods and do clean install 

You need to unlock other jobs in mansion upgrades first or travel to locations which have them. Service type of jobs are in first icon 

Did you perhaps disabled paperdoll in settings

Well, if you are using saves from older version there's no telling what can happen

Well, you should check your crash logs, say if you have any mods installed, etc

If you can give the list of places which lack them it will be helpful

Do you have a save prior to recruiting her by chance?

Hard to say since I dont update anything besides the game's version tbh. Sounds like itch/personal settings issue
