Hi Beuc! This is awesome but I'm having an issue with my game where I get an error message "warning write error: the user denied permission to access the database". This happens when the player needs to give input - ie make a choice. When packaged the game runs fine locally but I'm seeing the error when I upload it to itch.io? Do you have any thoughts? Thanks again for all your hard work :)

Hi There,

I'm getting the following error when I upload my game to Itch. I'm not seeing it if I play in the browser locally but only when uploaded to itch. It happens when the user is given a choice.

It doesn't affect the gameplay and the player can still continue the game but it has the error message at the top. It repeats each time the user is given a chance to interact.

Is this a bug or something I've done wrong? Does anyone know how to fix this or even how to just get rid of the error print out?
