i mean isn't it supposed to be weird? or is it since it's so weird that you spell it wierd, in that case ... I like it. :)

not seeking an argument.

I guess there are more endings. Mine wasn't quite giving me the "one more go" feeling :)

But I liked the atmosphere and the story. And the emptiness and vast space. A bit tidious to replay I guess ... maybe a "continue mode" would fit ... from last action or so?

But overall a nice entry to the jam!

Simple but cool. Nice paper look! A bit annoying controls but maybe that's the point? :)

It was confusing at first. Just when I thought "Ok I got this" the invasion went to far and I was defeated even if all my battles were won. Maybe that's the point since it's about "the fall of rome"? :)

I liked it. It feels like a good mix of micro machines and carmageddon. Good choice of music that fit the old school vibe. Maybe a bit to easy if you just stay on the right side ...

I also enjoyed that you could keep playing once the game was ended ... ;)

First I didn't get the controls at all. It took me five or six times trying to escape the room not getting through the locked doors to the next level. Eventually I started running around in circles and thought this is quite good and evil if this is the point of the  game. But that's when I took the mouse in my other hand and realized I could shoot. Yeay!

It's a hard game but you get the hang of it. Quite addictive and I think the Game Boy aesthetics fit the formula. A nice entry to the jam.

The best part is the randomness of the levels. You always meet the same enemies for the first 3 rooms but the rooms and its power ups are different on each play through. I liked that. Good random.

Thank you for a nice review. The rat sure is cute. :) Shout out (!) to the creator at sketchfab

Yeah the goal of the game isn't that clear since no tutorial or info is given. But as you point out you learn some of it along theway.

The plan was to make the level procedural and I built some randomizing but scrapped it since there wasn't time to implement it. For upcoming updates I will try to make each level much more randomized ... and the game itself longer of course. And a better ending :D
