I am working on the game and ran into problem.
I can't really find a way to make a dynamic background using shaders. is there is any website or anything you suggest so I can learn how to do it.

This is actually really fun I played it for a couple of minutes and I really enjoyed it 

for a more in depth review I need to play it more but so far so good

I am overhauling the movement system right now that will be done within the next week or so. Although there won't be an update just for that I plan to add and improve on everything in the future. I am going to check out your game now

Thanks for your feedback and for taking time to play the game. I do plan on updating the game more to make it more challenging and fun to play. When I was making the game a dynamic background did cross my mind and I tried but I could not figure it out and just decided to put it off for later. For the sound I have the same thoughts right now I think it would be annoying, that being said I do want to try to add background music and maybe some simple sound effects now.

a top down shooter it is very different and I think more fun that this one 

I really worked hard and there is clear improvement

I like the sound, the models are really good and everything feels very polished. Also very interesting gameplay. Great Job! Best one I have rated yet.
