What are the licenses for these art assets?

A tutorial points here and suggests it's "CC0 Universal 1.0" but on this page it just says "completely free to use". Confusingly it also says "Purchasing these assets grants you access to them".

I lifted the curse but now have memories of dying in Sonic 1 platforming coming back.

Using magic/kicks to ride "enemies" as platforms is an interesting idea, I wonder how that could be incorporated with them attacking you.

As you say the game is too hard. I think replacing 1 block platforms with 2 or 3 platforms would make it easier (and put the focus on the unique enemy riding parts).

Oops! It appears I forgot to replace the default character movement (via UI actions) with the custom movement actions.

Interested in this for a game jam. Could you please clarify what Royalty free commercial and personal license this uses and is that included in the zip file?

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. I could be mistaken but the CC BY 4.0 license says redistribution is permitted and that can't be revoked as long as you follow the license terms (give attribution and do not add restrictions).

I may have misunderstood the license terms. It appears the CC BY 4.0 license negates the additional condition "You are not allowed to resell this assets pack in any medium or format".
