This is not only a great idea, but the implementation is really nice! I especially like the art style you brought to some of the scenes!

I am really sorry you feel like this. Obviously this game is not for you, and that is OK.

I am happy to refund you the game as you are obviously not enjoying it. Please make a request to the itch support and I am more than happy to approve this.

Thank you so much for your comment, you just made my day :)

I have some ideas in the backlog, but I need to find time to implement them. Hopefully more to come at some point this year!

Have you finished it yet?

It does use the same background throughout indeed. This is to reinforce the impression that nothing changes and increase the feeling of being lost in this city. Always happy to get feedback or new ideas though!

Hey and thank you for playing Mad City!

The map is indeed randomly generated and each game will be different. The number of banks is similar to the other building though.

At the end of each game, you can check the map and highlight where each specific building was by pressing the appropriate button. It can show you if you kept missing a specific building!

My recommendation is to stop at a bank whenever you can!

Hope it helps!

Yeah. For those interested, just rename the supernova.pdx into supernova.pdx.zip and it should load properly!

Such a great idea! Thank you for putting this together!

I tried it now and successfully completed not only the tutorial but also the first mission, give me moooooore!!!

Defo trying it now! Looks really great!

I absolutely loved this game! Missed it when it came out, but had a blast going through it (and happy I found your heart!).

Whilst I wished it was a longer, it may be the perfect duration.

Going to my top 10 Playdate games!

Oh my god!!!! The art is great, the music is cool and the gameplay is rad! I especially liked the little twist when you see / not see the buttons and when they are hidden as well.

This is so well executed, I wished there was more to it! LOVED IT!

Very original idea! I loved the multiple tools and kinds of interactions with the multiple control schemes. I found it sometimes hard to read the screen due to the diagonal lines, but I wasn't in a very bright environment!

I am too tired to remember all this, but it is a nice twist on the memory game (I was looking for cues at the beginning!)! The art and characters are very well made.

That is a lot of fun! What seems super easy at first, quickly become much more complex with various speeds/weights of the platform.

I wished we could reset the level with the key pad as well and have a level number displayed, but these are just tiny details, loved it!

I forgot to mention, the card art and transition are spot on!

Thanks for having a look. I bought these a while ago thinking I could adapt them for my 1-bit game, but I am struggling! You seem to say it is not an easy task unfortunately. Thanks for having a look though!

Hi Lyaseek. These folks look really great. Would it be possible to get them in 1-bit color (in the pack or as a new pack)? Thanks!

Great, thanks!

What is the font you use for the text? It's quite readable!

Very interesting approach! Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see how it's used in the game

Thank you for the feedback!

Oh interesting way of marking your progress! I'll give it a go!

And you're right about picross DS. I can't remember which version did this but that's exactly what I was referring to!

I am really enjoying this challenging puzzle game! It gives me something different than picross puzzles to think about!

It would be great if we could set a checkpoint in the game when we start making an assumption. Then if it does not work we could revert back to this point.

It is otherwise challenging to keep track of where the assumption was made and I end up restarting the whole puzzle... I am hoping for an update;)

Can't wait to buy the 1-bit version ;)

By the way, since I am requesting stuff, it would be great to generate a tileset as well (saves time when used)

These look really cool! Would there be a way to generate / get a 1-bit version?

I just released a new version where the final score is written on the final Map! ;)

I am glad you like it, your comment just made my day!

It is possible to go West when you find the exit as it is on the same "line" as the other crossroads, so you're not crazy!

You actually can see the number of KMs on the road, next to your car, but it's true you no longer see it once you found the exit. Would it be helpful to add it on the map at the end?

Thanks again for playing my game!
