At the Master info window it states "Personal Achievments" should be achievements.

If you unlock combat spell acid blast via "unlock ability"-function you can still buy it from mage guild resulting in double acid blast seen in combat toggle menu. Does not occur if spell is bought from mage guild before unlocking it, as it is removed correctly from "unlock ability" choices.
Game version was 0.5.19c
