Was it majorly bugging out? Like, player flying all over the place - I've experienced a game breaking bug like that if you repeatedly focus the window before the game starts.

Aye, thank you for playing it.

The little 'doors' that you open using the switches was the main mechanic in my original idea, and it stemmed from the ON/OFF theme from the jam. I spent a long time implementing everything else, though, and it ended up very rushed and cobbled together.

Thank you for taking the time to comment, this was precisely the feedback I was looking for. :]

Check again ;)

But for real, thank you for playing.

Thank you! I definitely will flesh it out eventually. It's very much a proof of concept as it is.

I really enjoyed this! It's quick, it's pretty challenging, although I do have some feedback:

- Think that the FPS could be a little higher for the sake of making the controls feel better, as 15 is not a requirement
- Hitboxes can be funky

+ Love the graphics
+ Love the dash
+ Tutorial is really nice and quick
+ Love how varied the levels can be (especially the last)

Overall, really nice, good job!

Certainly the resolution hindered the complexity of the levels, so if I ever do revisit the idea, it will definitely have a larger resolution. Thank you for playing and rating!

Love this. The scaling with the score is such a nice touch. Good job!

Enjoyed this a lot, very fun! The horror when you're jammed with a load of bombs is something else lol.

Really enjoyed this, forgot how much I enjoy Metroidvanias!

Will say though, the controls were a little odd.  All the WASD controls were good, but I feel like jump could be mapped to space and HUD to E, or something like that.

Other than that, though, I loved it, good job!

Thank you for the feedback and for playing. :]

Will keep that in mind if I ever come back to the idea.

Thank you! There was a tutorial at first, but I removed it for a screenshot and forgot to put it back in lol. Thank you for playing!

Really enjoyed this and glad you submitted it, regardless of its unfinished state. The visuals were beautiful imo, the levels that were there were fun. Would love to see it expanded.
