I won’t be programming myself so I can’t give full details but the game will be made in Unity in 2D.  (Possibly 3D with a 2D background).

Comfortably a 2-3 minute piece is doable in a day.  On a particularly brutal day I can do 8-10 minutes but the quality is lower.  Fiddle music can be done, is that what you’re looking for?
