Glad you liked the game! I didn't let people playtest the game and I ran out of time, so the pacing this time was really bad.

Oh and why are you guys so smart lol I sent the link to this game to some of my imaginary friends (who all only wanted to play, not test) and a few days later they all sent me an image where they just stood in the lava.

Great game! I love how you used ASCII characters for this game, because I think it's an very cool but sort of underrated art style. And the Asian theme of your game is also pretty cool (because I am an Asian myself lol). But a retry button at the end and a bit less confusing controls would be better. But otherwise pretty cool game!

Hey I thought I was the only one lol

Yeah I kinda ran out of time and just mashed my keyboard and I didn't playtest it so yeeeah...

Glad you liked it :). The combat was an aspect of the game which I spent a day of work on and I am happy that it paid off.

beeeeeeeg brain time

Good game!  The theme is interpreted really good and you tackled a very important topic and nice visuals!

Really interesting and fun game! The theme was interpreted nicely and the movements feel good (except when you are slow). But some things that would have made this game a bit better is that the bullets can pass though walls and that the player has a lot of health. I think if the player had less health, the player would think about if they should get hit or not.

I liked this game a lot! I like how the theme is interpreted as in the less health, the more attack. Also, I love the semi-1 bit art style you chose and the wait mechanic, which solved a lot of problems that many other turn based games have, like if there is a one grid gap between your enemy and yourself. And I am really impressed how you got your procedural generation system up and running this quick. But when there is an enemy standing right on the at the entrance of an other room, you will get damaged when you are trying to enter a room, and that was sort of annoying.

This is just my third game, so don't expect much from it. Rating is always great! (maybe it is jut a bit too difficult  easy)

A Not So Pacifist Pacifist Slime (Game Jam Edition) by SILithium Games (itch.io)

I enjoyed this game so much! The art style was very beautiful and the music was so atmospheric. My favorite game so far: to play and to speedrun ;-)

(And small question: When do you start and end to measure the time of the game, so that I can submit the run to speedrun.com?)

Oh...

Is there also a debug Window?

I thought there was a debug window because I'm the developer and because I have Godot and on an Apple device it worked fine.

Hey, but thanks for your comment because I still have so much to learn(and this is my second game)!

p.s. If you wait enough, there should be a few dead innocents somewhere  and the murders looks and act the same, but if a innocent gets enough close to them, they will chase them and kill them.

On no I forgot it :-(

I wanted to only make some 4 directional movement and not diagonally, but there was no time left.

But thanks very much!

Oh...

Mine is one of the last few.

Would be nice if you rate to(if you didn't already did that

And how did you find out on which rank you are?

This is my first Game Jam and my fourth game I've ever made sooo...

I'm a "Starter"

I already Did!

(3.8 Stars average)

Thanks!

If this wasn't a Game Jam hosted by BenBonk, I would have used a nicer color pallet.

And the good old days with the GameBoys...

This is pretty cool!

A few small glitches, like infinite health bar, but the art and music is great!

And did you do the YouTube life stream?

I like it!

It really made my want to eat some berries and jam :-D

Wow...

This is awsome!!!

I can understand you :-(

I think every gamedev is going to expierience this

tut mir leid

but you can still publish it after you fixed it ;-D

i also did that

I'm Sorry for you

Oh I think you can so :-)

Can you see the game Murder the Murder?

Try it with get.rect or what it is called

Great!

This is so cool!

But the Player-Creator is missing or is it not in 0.2.1?

and i found a small bug, where the axe is in the front and on the side.

I hope you can fix it !
