Would it be possible to add an additional stat icon for Morale?

Thank you. I kind of want to release all of the cards I have finished so far but where's the fun in that?!

So, I've run into some weird issues with the PDF. When I try to print it some of the pages are blank. The only way I was able to print it was to export all of the pages to png files and then convert the png files back to a pdf.

Also do you have a version without the blue background? When I finally did get it to print my laser printer printed the blue so dark that you can't read the text.

I only play solo (it's just the way my life is), would this be worth getting or should I just stick with MØRK FÆNGSEL?

Does it have or will there be a printer friendly version? Single page vs spread layout? Page count? Page size: Letter, zine (A5), something else?

page count? Page size? Maybe a couple sample pages when you get a chance.

Thank you for the single pages and booklet formats.

Very nicely done.

I cropped them so I could make dungeon deck.

It says ' designed specifically for Castaway ' but is Castaway required?

I thought a fun scenario or solo adventure would be a take on "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" . I started this a few weeks ago but my day-job is taking up all of my time  so I am dumping  what I have here for someone to maybe do something with it or not.

The Legend of _________ for Fallen RPG

You have been sent to the village of _______ to investigate a disturbance.

The "disturbance" comes in the form of:

  • - a mysterious fog that surrounds the village.
  • - several missing townsfolk as well as several townsfolk that are missing their heads.
  • - The Legend of Pastor Kaine

Time Mechanic: Each day is broken into a daylight portion and a night portion. The days are cold and gray and the fog surrounds the town and permeates the woods. The days are short and consists of 4 turns. At night the town becomes engulfed in a dense fog, causing them to be long, cold and dark. The long night consists of 6 turns.

TURNS:

The turns are used to gather clues, travel to locations and engage with "encounters". You have 30 turns to solve the mystery. On the 31st turn if you have not solved the mystery then you become the 31st victim.

During a turn you can do each of the following once in order:

  • 1 - travel from one building to another building / travel 2 hexes in the woods
  • 2 - engage and resolve an encounter
  • 3 - Search for a clue or rest

If you do not travel to a new location do the following:

  • 1 - engage and resolve two encounters
  • 2 - Search for a clue if you have not do so at this location or rest

If you are in the woods on turn 9 you may use turn 10 to travel to the Inn but you do not have an encounter and you cannot search for a clue.

If you are still in the woods at the end of turn 10 then you will be in grave danger.

If you are in the town on turn 10 but not at the Inn you must engage in 2 random encounters and then you are at the Inn.

Every night the town becomes engulfed in a dense fog. When the fog lifts the body of a headless townsfolk is found in the town square and another townsfolk is missing.

One hundred years ago Pastor Kaine rounded up 31 "witches" and executed one each day during the month of October. A few of the executed did practice in the mystical arts but most were just simple townsfolk that found their way on to the Pastors list. Each "witch" was beheaded in the village square and their head placed on a pike along the main road. According to the legend on October 31st All Hallows Eve the final witch to be executed escaped. Later that night at midnight the Pastors headless body was found in the village square.

It's been 100 years and the story had become a forgotten legend until 28 days ago when the first headless body was found in the town square. It took time for the local constable to realize that the body count was going to continue increasing. It took time for a messenger to reach the city. It took time to travel to the village. And now you are faced with a growing body count and a limited amount of time.

Who is murdering the townsfolk? Is it the ghost of Pastor Kaine on a witch-hunt from beyond the grave? Is it the witch that got away punishing the town for is past deeds?

You arrive to the village on the three days/nights before All Hallows Eve. The townsfolk are on edge and may mistake you as a threat.

October 29 - The Journey to _______ / Entering the Village

  • The main road to the town goes through a forest that is mired by a dense fog. If/When you make it through the forest you arrive at the town at dusk. It appears that the fog has followed you.
  • Your night ends at the Inn

October 30 - Gathering Information/Searching for Clues

  • Your day starts at the Inn - you may travel to any one location within the town for free

October 31 - Exploring the Woods/Escaping the Fog/Surviving the Night

November 1 - ????????

Bummer.

Printed, bound (stapled), trimmed and ready for action!

Is the PDF in single page or spread format?

Did you have it printed in full letter size (8.5 x 11) or 'zine size (5.5x8.5)?

I'm interested in writing solo module similar to Dark Fort, Neon Borg, etc; but with a little more meat like Harroshade.  Are you using the same licensing model MORK BORG?

That works for me. Thank you .

Wow!!  I use Sumatra PDF to quickly open PDF's but I just opened it in Adobe and it looks completely different.

Pages:

  • 1 (Index)
  • 5 (Character Creation)
  • 7 (Equipment)
  • 9 (Fallen Knights)
  • 11 (Adventures & Advancement)
  • 13 (Enemies)

FYI: The dark background obscures the text towards the bottom of several pages.

Not to be the person that ask a really dumb question but...

How does this fit on a business card?

Besides that this is a sweet game and thank you for sharing your creativity.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is AWESOME!!  Now I can Mork out when I go camping and I'm chilling out in the tent.

"Well, the idea is to allow all participants in a session to be able to see these cards from across the table. It also gives more room for info."

OMG!! that makes so much sense!

Is there any chance of getting a test page of the cards to see how well they print?

And just out of curiosity why tarot sized cards and not poker/tcg sized?
