Ehhh, it'd be quite rude to discuss pirating the game right on the creator's page. On their latest update, no less.
That said, if you aren't able to support the dev (because of country restrictions, financial reasons, or otherwise), I'd recommend a forum like F95zone over random hosting sites, for safety -- it at least has an active community checking the links and commenting.
If you want to support the dev, though, it may still be worth checking with Majalis or the community hub to see if they have ways other than Patreon to donate.

A free web proxy (such as croxyproxy) might let you see the site if it's blocked in your country, but that may not help if your country's banks also block payments to sites like Patreon. I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject, but maybe someone in the community hub knows if Majalis offers alternate modes of payment/access?
If I'm not mistaken, you don't need to do anything to migrate saves. Just download the latest game version, and it'll use the same saves. Whether the new version will accept the old saves is a different matter, and loading a save in the new version might make it incompatible with the old version. To back up your saves, do this:
- Go to "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\".
- Locate and duplicate the folder called "TalesOfAndrogyny". (Name the duplicate "TalesOfAndrogyny-backup". Maybe include a version number.)
That way, if you run into any problems, you can delete the TalesOfAndrogyny save folder, rename the backup back to just "TalesOfAndrogyny" (so that the game will recognise it) and keep playing the older version of the game like nothing happened. Or wipe the saves and enjoy building it all up again in the new version.
It doesn't help you plead with dryads for food (just food, not wood). It doesn't help you chat with Kylira about their troubles (and Healing magic). It doesn't help you avoid violence (and mating) by petting the good girl.
What exactly constitutes a "pure" action for the purposes of Stalwart? That +4 never seems to trigger (at least in the early game -- I haven't looked further).
Honestly, I think I prefer the old, more-plain UI. I'm sure I can learn to love the new style, though. Here are the notes I have so far:
- Minor note -- you mention possible problems with more than five choices -- five choices (such as in the west hallway) is already overflowing and partially-covering the clock. The choice boxes could afford to be closer together, or to fit more tightly around the choice text.
- The new top bar buttons are overly-abstract and do not have distinctive silhouettes. The pastel colours don't help there. Perhaps consider reintroducing the old icons into the new Notes menu, alongside or behind their new text labels? In the same vein (or perhaps the opposite vein), it's not clear that the History and Credits buttons in the options are the History and Credits buttons, because there's no text label to that effect.
- Returning to the topic of pastels, the shift from light-text-on-black to dark-text-on-light makes the whole screen brighter in a way that's harsh on tired or sensitive eyes. The darker UI with light text was a lot easier to read. Maybe you could value-invert/palette-swap the new UI and add a Dark Mode toggle?
- This is the big one. While the other points here are variably matters of taste, this is less so: the new save menu is a big step down from the old layout, functionally. Scrolling lists are easy to get disoriented in, file numbers or no -- with static pages, grids, and big screencaps, spatial memory is more-readily involved in organising saves. Functionally, there are now only three saves per page, not ten or six, because only those visible when you open each page really matter, and the new tiny thumbnails (yes, I saved) make it that much harder to recognise the save you're looking for. Plus, no-one was using 600 save slots anyway -- why would we need another 400? XD
The new dialogue boxes are pretty though, as is the new options splash. Nice work. If you got this far, thank you for listening to me gripe. You've made a very good game so far.
(Certain) perks aren't cleared properly in character creation when you browse through classes. Steps to replicate:
- Select a class that has either Spellblade or Archmage (or flick through all the classes)
- Select a class that does not
- Assign points and proceed
- Go to Perks -- the perk(s) from the class(es) in step 1 will still be enabled (for free)
Scrubbing my current run 'cause getting achievements with free perks like this feels like cheating. DX You can avoid it by selecting only the class you intend to play during character creation. As far as I can tell, it only affects Spellblade and Archmage.
Your game is outrageous, floridly obscene, and hilariously lewd. I love it. Thanks for the update.
(I wouldn't worry too much about writing errors -- they don't impact comprehension for the most part, and alongside the verbosity, alliteration, 4th-wall breaks, etc., actually add to the effect of an enthusiastic, cumdrunk writer that couldn't keep their other hand out of their pants while typing.)
Well, if you have a save that says "Corrupted Kingdoms v0.21.8" (or anything less than 21.8, really) underneath it, you can click the SubscribeStar link at the top of this page and scroll down to "PUBLIC RELEASE - v0.21.8 - LET'S ROCK!" to find the download link.
However, if your saves all say "Corrupted Kingdoms v0.21.9" underneath, you'll need to wait for v0.22.0 to go public, and hope it fixed combat. It should be going public soon -- it's already out for subscribers. Alternatively, you can do as above and speed through the game again from the start in v0.21.8.
Absolutely, and not even necessarily for the h-scenes (which can largely be avoided or skipped if that's not your thing). The story is great. HOWEVER, there is a game-breaking bug in Act 3 at the moment, so you may want to keep an eye out for the update that's coming this week, or seek out the last working update (v0.21.8) on their SubscribeStar (dw, it's free).
