It doesn't help you plead with dryads for food (just food, not wood). It doesn't help you chat with Kylira about their troubles (and Healing magic). It doesn't help you avoid violence (and mating) by petting the good girl.

What exactly constitutes a "pure" action for the purposes of Stalwart? That +4 never seems to trigger (at least in the early game -- I haven't looked further).
