Thanks, glad you enjoyed it in its current state.

And thanks for bug report :)

(1 edit)

I broke something else trying to fix that pdxinfo metadata, crank is a bit of pain to use ...

New zipped pdx (v0.1.1) should be good, tested this exact file sideloaded onto my playdate so hopefully it works for you.

With any luck this should be fixed for you now! I've re-uploaded a .pdx.zip file with a valid pxindo in it.
Verified this works, for me at least, via the website sideload

Thanks for the report, I'll try and see what's wrong and fix it. Will update here .

Simple but surprisingly fun and i enjoyed the jank slowly creeping in as the spawn rate got high. Fits the theme well!

Thanks for the feedback - I definitely used the "cups-as-ramps meta" when testing and didn't really think of it as a bad thing to be able to do as i had hopes the different proportions would lead to you being more keen to hold one side than just ramp.

That said sticking to the theme/feel is likely better and the rotation should be capped to +- 90 deg

Hmm, conceivable I got the maths wrong somewhere of the detection is crap

Thank you! This is a small step towards the thing I always do badly with on game jams - tutorials!

5 combine harvesters out of five, now i know how my hair trimmers feel

Enjoyed the themeing of the game!

(Did you mean to include all the extra browser info in the screenshot at the top? it includes your email in a tab ...)

Enjoyed my playthrough, the where-to-put-stuff didn't feel that clear to start with but once worked out it felt nice to drag and drop things into place. The Ui scale did leave me very close to my screen though!

Looked really nice, loved the theme

+1 for firing reticule or something, the perspective of the cards/ship/camera is confusing about where to actually aim.

Also from a gameplay pov it seems like the aim is just to try and hit every card regardless and you'll get there as fast as if you checked?

Thanks for the feedback - I know I did a poor job of "tutorials" on this, gotta to think about that sooner next time

Thanks for the feedback. Last game jam I told myself to pay more attention to tutorial or similar but I utterly failed again this time too :)

Thank you for the feedback!

The lack of tutorial and lazy "how to play" screen is definitely a cop out, I shoulda squeezed in some time for an intro tutorial

Great idea of the loss of fuel for taking hits, makes the scoring and incentives way more cohesive
