How does your game fit the theme?
Refuelling can only occur when "joined together" with the recipient plane. There is pressure to disconnect though to avoid obstacles

That was fun! I bet you could expand on the theme having more time, like different situations (the jet is battling some other jets, going through a canion or some other obstacles etc.)
Fun art style and interesting concept! If you wanted to come back to this project, I think it could be great as a multi-level game.
That's a really good idea. I have played through it like 5 times or so. The soundeffects and the music work really well. It has the potential to be very addicting if you polished it out a bit more. I suggest adding a few animations to the planes and the birds. Overall a very nice game! ^^
Pretty fun game idea! I learned pretty recently that some planes used to refuel like this so it's cool to play that!
I think a good general tip is to always show the tutorial/how to play before the player starts for the first time. I skipped the "how to play" and didn't realize I needed to use the mouse so that was confusing.
It also doesn't seem like there's any real incentive to try and avoid the obstacles. I guess the score is lowered at the end, but it might be more fun if hitting an obstacle while refueling meant fuel decreased (because it leaks out), so you had to stop refueling if you thought you were about to hit something. Would make it a fun strategy.
Congrats on finishing your game!
Thank you for the feedback!
The lack of tutorial and lazy "how to play" screen is definitely a cop out, I shoulda squeezed in some time for an intro tutorial
Great idea of the loss of fuel for taking hits, makes the scoring and incentives way more cohesive
