Gosh, these comments couldn't be anymore negative. As a Neferu enjoyer all I want is more Fluffy boy Scipio and more of our true love: Neferu. New builds are literally around the corner but everyone's just negative and arguing like school children. :/ If you don't wanna associate with it then stop hanging around the VN's by Echo Project.

I just want my thicc Jackal Babe and my favorite Blue Boi to get catharsis.

It's Nerfu or Nothing!

Pains me since day 1 that Neferu hasn't gotten the amount of art or appreciation he deserves. Love Amicus, but come on... Anubian Jackals are my thing, Neferu is a confirmed bottom with a really, REALLY nice pair of cheeks and despite his political manipulation and demeanor... He's genuine. He's caring. He's tender. God, I just wanted to embrace him the entire time I spent whole chapters with him in Adastra. xD

I live to entertain, brother.

Finally after 3 years we'll experience the technological pride of Khemia AND the one true love in the universe for us Jackal lovers, Neferu.

Whereas Amicus is the "Biggus Dickus" of the franchise, Neferu is our Incontinentia Buttocks...

A new year, a new era of waiting. One where we remain patient for the return of Scipio and Neferu and their journey to the homeworld of the Jackals. I honestly check this VN every day for a new update or anything, even though I know it won't happen anytime soon... Still, I'm hopeful as we enter another year that it will be worth it in the end. Happy New Year's, everyone! And stay safe out there, we're all in this together. And a wish of luck to Echo for their projects this year.

It's been a year since the last build was released. I really hope this vn hasn't been abandoned just yet...

I really hope the delay and writer's block wasn't caused by pressure and impatient demand. Stuff like that can really destroy someone's creativity and writing tact like there's no tomorrow. It's worrying.

He's not muscular, he's FLUFFY.

I like the (whether intentional or unintentional) correlation between the Galaxias Factions and the factions from Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 factions. Most particularly how similar and the 3 we know of are to 3 main factions within Warhammer 40,000.

Adastra - Similar to The Imperium of Man. Prideful and stoic yet regressive in their ways. It's an Empire of fools and reluctant progressives. And rampant in the Xenophobia, seeing any other species below the primary, in this case: Wolves being the Primary. And also editing their history constantly to make them see superior or to erase their shame. They even have the Roman Aesthetic similar, as when the Imperium first started it had a heavy roman aesthetic. Also in the religious factor, seeing the parents as guidance and looking to them as hopeful as possible in the same way the Imperium looks to the Emperor. But that's where the similarities end.

The Jackals: The Tau. Incredibly advanced technology, "acceptance and equality" of all beings and outstanding living conditions. They have an almost artificial type of "Faster than light" travel made on their own, like how the Tau made their own semi-artificial Warp-Drive. Tau have all of the above and what got me even more is how they started war in the first place. Khemians were "uplifting" the Wolve's outer planets that were untouched and that's how they went to war with Adastra. The Tau did something similar, they went to Imperial Border worlds and pretty much did the same, giving better living conditions and colonies, which sparked a war with the Imperium. Once again, that's where the similarities end.

Next is the Cats, not much is known about them but the way that Alexios speaks is more than enough. His mission was to be manipulative and cause chaos and anarchy while maintaining some kind of "Destiny" arc for his species. Cunning, manipulation, lying and indirect destruction of others... The cats are almost like the Eldar. Almost.

That's where most of the similarities end, whether intentional or unintentional, it's awesome either way. And it seems more like there's a correlation between these factions and Frank Herbert's Dune, which is JUST as fascinating and awesome. Especially how Khemia could be presented to us. I'm hoping we'll see SO much more in the Adastra universe, I'm excruciatingly excited and loving every moment. We await patiently. ^w^

Yes, but you're also forgetting what humanity has to offer. Our cultures, religions, histories and traditions are a melting pot that have resulted in thousands of years to create bases for morals, philosophies, writings, poetry, literature, music, logic, statistics, and science. Humanity would be a glorious marvel to the Galaxias, and shows there can be peace through the diversity.

Even the literature such as plays, poetry, legends, epics and mythology would astound even the most popular of actors within the Adastra theatre. Yes, humanity has flaws and devastating weapons of mass destruction but all the species have flaws. The Wolves are prideful and racist and the Jackals are arrogant and impulsive, and the Cats are manipulative and cunning. And don't forget that Cato was probably a Genocidal maniac using Cassius as a pawn.

Humanity would be a learning curve and a beauty to the Galaxias.

HOW HAS NO ONE THOUGHT OF THAT YOU ARE A GENIUS.

If this is going to be filled with references and inspirations from Frank Herbert's "Dune", I will explode into a supernova of overloaded nerdy satisfaction.

Maybe the parents are just an old race of aliens that control the Spice. 乁[ ◕ ᴥ ◕ ]ㄏ

The first build is already so well written! Scipio is such a cutie and he hits close to home with being a polite, sweethearted Momma's boy. And his trauma complex is something that makes him extremely relatable, trauma being an excruciatingly serious topic, and it opens up numerous possibilities for growth and exploration.

And his relationship with Neferu is one to look forward to. Neferu's cool composure and clever badassery make him a great shoulder to lean on for poor Scipio. It'll be so gorgeous to see them together, and I can't imagine the tear jerking moments they'll have together, it'll be just as memorable as Marco and Amicus.

Speaking of Marco, I wonder how Earth will react to the Galaxias. Realizing there's alien life with advanced technology and mysterious godlike overlords such as The Parents. The US would be cautious no doubt but open to the idea, the UN as a whole would be a mess, especially as the Pox spreads. The political aspects of the Adastra/Galaxias Universe is compelling and open for exploration, this series is going places no doubt.

I can't wait for build 2! Scipio and Neferu's journey is only getting started, and I can't wait for Khemia's descriptions. I'm betting on a Combination of Dune and the Tau from Warhammer 40,000. Odd enough, the Khemian's remind me of the Tau, "acceptance" and "equality" of all creatures and incredibly advanced technology.

Keep up the excellent work, Echo! ^w^ We await patiently.
