First of all, big thanks for the thorough feedback! Really appreciate it :)

Surprisingly, the lack of tutorial didn't actually come into my mind at all during the gamejam so apologies for that! Great point to bring up. Also big apologies on not being able to ride the duck, we will try to ask the duck nicely to see if they're up to giving you a free ride at some point, since it's the month for Christmas after all :)

I really loved the art style and the music! However the lack of the range in melee made me rather avoid combat completely and the section in between the levels with the enemy placement made it too frustrating to me to get through, since I felt like I was forced to take a hit or two there to get through.

That wolf actually managed to jumpscare me the first time around!

The atmosphere with the lights, the simple art style and especially with the music AND the sound really livens up the game! Loved this one!

Really love the outlines on the characters and overall look of the game. Also the music is absolutely BANGING!

One complaint however is that I found the 2 enemies in front of the next level frustrating. One is camping in front of a hallway if he sees you and you're forced to take a hit and if you run away from it you have another enemy also sitting there. And if you die to those you're forced to go through the level all over again. Which I found really cheap

Also, the range of the melee made the combat really hard to commit to, so I found myself skipping enemies rather than fighting them head on.

Really loved the vibes the music brought in though!

Fun little game! I feel like with some extra juiciness, like having a sad instrument sound when you fall off the field, it could be twice the fun :D

One critique I feel like is worth mentioning, is that I found it troublesome at times to aim properly with the perspective or lack of it at times.

The greatest surprise of them all in this game is the fact that we managed to make a working build!

Actually a fun gamejam with us trying out Godot and learning their GDScript :) Have fun guys, good luck Stealing all the Presents and cats, Sir Price!
