Using Scratch is fine. If you can find a way to export your file as html, that would be great. However, even that isn’t necessary. As long as people can play your game it is fine.

Time is a construct is about the idea that time is a built thing. Something that is designed deliberately and can therefore be manipulated.

Would you mind telling me what the problem was so I can get it worked out? This was my first jam, so I didn't expect it to be good, but I plan on expanding the game and continuing its development.
