Hey! Thanks so much for playing our game! Creating the little zones and details was my all time favourite part of making this game! The palette is thanks to the amazing asset pack we used but hacking it together to build the pieces in our game was so much fun! Did you happen to make it to the end/win condition? Thanks again!
Aw! Thank you so much for playing! Building those little details was definitely my favourite part of making the game! I'm so glad you made it to the end too! We were happy with the win condition :) And a super big thanks to complimenting our gaming name! I'm the non-binary half of the duo and it means alot to have others appreciate the name (also my pronouns!) :) <3
Hi! Thanks so much for playing! We integrated the theme into the win condition. If you travel the entire maze you find pieces that eventually lead you to the last room (hint: it has waterfalls) Hope that helps! We noticed the lag in the browser so we uploaded an .exe. That will definitely improve your experience I'm sure! Thanks again!
We're so glad you played our game! Your submission to the jam was fantastic. The mouse sensitivity was on our list of things we wanted to adjust but ran out of time. We will be making adjustments and adding updated versions and a dev log so hopefully we can smooth some things out so it runs smoother for everyone. Thanks for playing & complimenting the art! We spent most of our time on that part <3
We're running a GTX 1650 but when we set up to bake the lighting it was going to take 48+ hours... The level geometry is really bashed together (each "tile" is dozens and dozens of models and the average tri count on screen without fog was between 8-10 million) and we had no time to optimize. So the lighting is real time directional lighting with global illumination! We'll check out that setting you mention (we were also learning how to use Unity while we made this).
One of the things we'll be doing over time is rebuilding the models based on the kitbashing we did to bake lighting and make the game more playable for people with lower end machines.
Thanks for your comments!
