Depends on your definition, but the *least* evil would be Livia for sure.

Done, but for the paid versions I plan to post in the future that won't really be an option^^

Yeah, there will! It'll be a while however^^

Thanks for understanding^^
And yeah, I was working on this thing for about 9 months O.o
But V 0.2 won't take that long, much of that 9 months was setting up the framework and figuring out the core mechanics.

Noooo not the laptop blue screen D:
As for the dream being a bit fast paced, that's a necessary evil sadly. The sheer amount of variations for V 0.2 alone will be massive, I really do need to get the "big" mental changes out of the way to avoid the butterfly effect driving me insane^^
Also, that's a really good point about the villager count being odd! A minor detail, but I'll be sure to fix it in V 0.2.

I see! The reason for that is, the villagers can't possibly be brought back after the end of day 8. This is due to spoilery reasons that I assume you already know about, but if not, there is a time limit. Completing the villager quest, while definitely a significant quest, is not a "Main" quest that you must complete to advance the game^^

In other words, your experience was one of the intended experiences. Sometimes you won't manage to accomplish everything, and that's okay.

What I will do is, add a clear warning that time may be of the essence in some situations.

:D

What exactly was the quest you were locked out of? And what kind of hint would you suggest, considering I didn't want to outright spoil the surprise?

Well, the male name shouldn't be too much of an issue actually! However, the female name would. See, mental changes that involve the name changing against your will assume the name starts as Lilibeth or something similar^^

Thanks :D

I would love to, but I'm not sure how^^

It might be a good idea to give a clarification on these showing how much money is needed in order to get X amount of new pages^^

I have no idea how much I would need to donate as it is.

Hey there, long time fan! This sequence isn't my cup of tea, but I'm overjoyed to see you on here!

Wow, I'm surprised it took this long for a bug like that to even be found!
I'd say that's an achievement on its own, well done.

Sadly, I am currently unable to update this game due to computer troubles.
I'll try to look into this when I can, but for now this'll just have to be a 'fun' bug.

Sadly, had computer troubles. Going to be delayed for a while^^

Simple! Just consume any potion! You will keep the bottle

Kinda of, choose the correct vampire name when prompted: Livia

It might not work for all mobile devices, I'm afraid^^

Well honestly, it's extremely simple^^
It doesn't simulate a deck at all. It just spits out random cards based on a set probability. So technically, it shuffles after each card is dealt.

Ah, thank you for the specific report! That actually gives me a good starting point for figuring out what's going on. Next update is a ways out, but this will help :)

Fix will be released soon!

Gotten many reports for that bug, it will be fixed in the next update!

:D

I'll do what I can in the next update.

Well, you download the file and extract it, then run the .exe.
Unless you're having a more specific problem?

If so, I'll need more details^^

Nope, the secret passage is actually very far away from that, in the starting cave just south of Wimborne.

You need to go back to the starting cave where you were cursed.

You also need a key for the hidden entrance. See my reply to the commenter below for the details.

You need to find the old vampire crypt, the key is inside.
It's in the east of the map, basically as far east as you can go.

I'd be happy to help, but you didn't actually tell me the problem^^

If you found Axeman, you're very close. Evan's cave can be found in the same map as Axeman's cave.

Ohhh, you need to find the key!

Keep going east until you find a crypt full of zombies.

Explore the crypt, open the secret passage, and get the key.

You can then put the key in that 'barrel' as you call it, and open the rest of the cave!

It's south east of Wimborne, in a cave.

You're a vampire^^
Vampires can't survive off 'food', they need blood.

Feed on humans, try searching the forest for bandits, or if you need to, feed on your allies in their rooms.

That very well could be the cause

Actually, that's perfectly normal and possible!
You have to win quickly to actually gain much IQ, or even avoid losing it^^

They mess around with your willpower

Well, I meant to post the dev log at the same time as the update for the game, but...forgot^^

No, I am not updating soon, sorry^^

No, you should be able to just download it, assuming you already bought the game

I don't understand. Are you saying that when you start a new game the chests are already open?
If that is the case, I suspect your game is actually bugged.

Very odd. Looking at the code, that shouldn't be possible.
Were you able to rest in the bed? Did the game give any kind of indication that some part of the base quest was complete?

It's deep inside the cave where you find the vampire journal.
You just need to open all 3 chests.
