Wait and see.

At least one military-grade Bedabot is up for bedding!

During character creation you can outline the child's sex optionsFixed!
Advancing text using space/enter is standard in Renpy, which should be used here as well. Not yet implemented,  will likely add later!
The text box is hard to read, should be higher up on the screen.Altered.
The objects you have to click on the map screen are too small - the hitbox should be larger. Those hitboxes are pixel-perfect. I kinda like them. Don't think I'll change them. Sorry!
I would also appreciate if you could navigate it using only the keyboard. You can navigate most things using the keyboard, but not the map screen. I don't quite know how I'd implement that, without completely rehauling it. Something I definitely want to look into later.
I noticed my PC heating up from playing this, likely caused by a lack of a frame limiter. The game has Vsync on by default, which was the root cause of this issue. Instead of removing it, I added a framerate limiter to the settings just now, for people with high refresh-rate monitors.

Thank you for your feedback! I addressed multiple of your points for the next release of Bedabots. Sadly, I will not be maintaining the demo any further. Subsequent updates will be restricted to paid versions of the game, accessible solely to Kickstarter backers and Patrons. At some point -- maybe some point soon -- I'll make the paid full version of the game available on itch.io; and when I do you'll be the first to receive a copy.

Fixed. Sorry for that!

Like I mentioned before, I could try to make one, but I'd need to rework some segments to have on-screen controls. I'll see what I can do later this week.

I'll pose the issue to a select group of playtester and ask them for their opinion on the matter!

I can try! The game was kinda made to run on a 1920x1080 monitor, but it should theoretically scale down just fine apart from some single-pixel lines that might not carry over very well. I'd have to make some on-screen controls for the interactive segments, though. That might prove to be a bit of work!

Thank you for your feedback! Sadly, as the writer of the project, I am naturally biased towards the text being prominently displayed as a central component of the game.  I do see where you're coming from, though! It would be very nifty if we could somehow fuse the two together, but I feel the ship on that has, sadly, sailed...

Sure! I'll add the spacebar as a continue button straight away!

Sure thing! I wasn't sure if that was allowed on itch.io. Thank you for the suggestion!
