And to note, every unity running 2020+ has it in the package manager

So I'm working in unity 2019, and I would like to use this package called LeanTween. Only issue, its not a package in 2019, its a free asset from the asset store. My question is weather or not I can use it, cause although its not a package in the version I'm currently using, its a package in the package manager in a later release of unity.

My instructor would like to know this as soon as possible, thanks in advance.

Wondering if Mixamo is allowed, specifically for the animations themselves, not the models that come with the animation.
