The rules reference the Spotlight Player drawing a moonscape card, but there doesn't seem to be any indication of what moonscape cards are. Am I missing something?
One of the bullet points on the main page is "You must agree to the licensing terms (in the submission details) for your submission to be eligible" but I don't see a link to read the submission details/licensing terms anywhere.
