Learn subject wasn't working before but while i was fast forwarding days it must have fixed itself. As for the cafeteria quest, I'm using a new game and I did see the kindness event. I got the vote to re-open the cafeteria but the goal didn't complete.
In 0.2.0, I can't progress to level 4. The vote to unlock button is not clickable and the chance of success is locked at 0.0%. The button to progress to level 3 worked fine. Is this a known bug?
