Yes, it's the same patch for every season. This time it enables a button on the main menu that cycles Clone/Family (Clone being unpatched and Family patched). It can be changed during runtime.

I guess you should root your device, then

in the \game\music folder you will find all the mp3/ogg files. Since, unfortunately, I didn't know what I was doing when I started the game, not everything is documented in Season 1 (v.0.12 is the last update of Season 1), but most files have a link with the same name to where that song was downloaded.

In Season 2, in the same folder, you can find an Excel with the documentation about the music.

The pre-patched one has the family patch included, so you can choose between two different stories. One in which Martha is MC's biological mother and one in which she isn't. Some other relationship changes are depending on if you choose one or the other stories. In no case will she become your landlady.

The ideal way is to play 0.12 until the end, it will make an autosave and you can import it on 0.13

You can start the game directly in 0.13 by answering a questionnaire, but you will miss most of the story.
