Some of the girls show their evolution through their hairstyles (Scarlett, Emma, and more to come). Neither of them is the definitive one at the stage you are.
The motorcycle/sniper girl will be explained soon. If you read the intro (where you can rename the characters and the family background is explained) it's not so out of the blue.

I skipped through the intro. “These are people blah blah blah, some corporation stuff blah blah, name them, blah blah blah, and the fun can now begin.” So, the bikers were a cool mystery for me that I got right because genre… but now I’m curious about why. Read and find out I suppose! I also think the Mc is a secret super hormone soldier or something. Probably said something about that in the intro too, but I’m having fun with it being a mystery.
