I set the root sprite to move X and Y slightly then add rotational drag to connected bones, but you'll probably want to ignore bounce velocity on all those sprites to avoid an intense bounce when you talk.

This is kind of hard to describe so I made a couple gifs
The animation in 1.2.1, animation speed 36
The same avatar/animation in 1.3, no settings changed

It seems like its skipping frames? Tweaking the settings in 1.3 doesn't fix it unfortunately. I noticed if I set the speed higher I see ghosts of some of the missing frames sometimes.
