Clicking "Embrace Failure" should start a transition back to the main menu. I will also add an exit to desktop option to that menu.

Neat! Love the neon aesthetic overall. The volume did blast my ears out on first launch though.
I think some of the difficulty will feel better if you put a few small jumps just before big jumps, kind of like warming up or getting a running start. There is a particular checkpoint that has a 3-3-2 jump within a second of spawning that I got stuck on for a bit because I couldn't prepare myself for the timing fast enough.
Otherwise nicely done!
WOW this was a great experience. I adore the visual style and soundtrack in the background. This reminds me so much of artistic maze books I used to spend time with as a kid.
I do wish there were more obstacle types, or some kind of message for each level. Maybe certain levels change when you pass through other levels, or interact with objects in those levels?
Very well done!
Using the D key simply comes from comfort using the WASD key standard. I opted to go without auto-run originally because the intent was to give the player the option to slow down if things got too intense. I could add another key as an auto-run toggle, or make it a menu option.
There are a few obstacles that have slightly longer or shorter hitboxes, but I need a clear way to communicate that visually and tighten up the hitboxes on the player to make sure there are no "invisible hits" when the character stands or lands.
