How do you jump in co-op?

Weapons:

In regards to weapons, the rarer ones I've found would be the Plunger (located in the house), the Fail Flail (I found randomly outside of spawn), and the Giant Ordinary Pineapple (inside the bathroom there's a hole in the ceiling where you fly into the attic and find it there), and finally the Draginslayer (found inside the mouth of the pollywog statue). 

Monster Level

The monsters eventually get so powerful that they kill you nearly instantaneously despite me having fully maxed stats. They also become so giant that they can hit you from offscreen. I went as far as level 1100, and it's incredibly difficult.

Characters

Wondering about the ripped guy inside the mouth of the giant statue behind the bar. There's also the pink dog outside spawn. Also The Creator, in the dungeon. There's an end to that plane and you just keep falling

Standing there and seeing the legs standing behind the door, knowing that when you press the button it'll open more, is so terrifying.

After talking with the man in the bar, you get a fuckin rad hat. However, when I use a juice portal to teleport back to spawn the hat disappears. It'd be sick if the cosmetics and also your weapons stayed when you use a teleportation portal.

So I've been to the dungeon through the trap door of the house, where you fight a giant fiend and also some koalaths behind a gate. However, there is a dungeon marker way off in the distance. I've traveled as far as Monster Level 1100. Is there a dungeon way out there?
