Try the “Raise View” option under the Experimental Features tab in the Quest settings menu. That might work for you.

I had the same issue. Pretty poor of the Devs not to investigate and explain. Anyway, for myself, this solved it. Make sure you have Oculus VR (if on Oculus) and Steam VR already running. Now, DO NOT try to start it from the Itch.io app launcher. Instead, use Windows explorer to find your install location and run the .exe directly.
Thanks for the detailed & rapid response, Łukasz!
As long as there is a relatively easy way to have the final, full game on the headset, I find it hard disagree. Some Devs though (e.g. Anticleric, who is producing LOW-FI, which is a $35+ game here) have promised Steam keys to people who buy on itch. Such wonderful customer service gives their customers added convenience and future-proofing :D
Bought it. Great game! Dev: I'm hoping that we will not have to buy again if it goes on the Oculus store-front and/or after the planned merging of Sidequest into the Oculus environment. Can you confirm that our purchases will be carried over as the store environments change? Also, I assume we won't get a Steam key if the VR game releases there, but what are your thoughts on this? Cheers!
